After more than 50 years of fist-pumping anthems, power ballads, and sold-out arenas, legendary rock icons Journey are proving they’re still far from finished. The band has officially announced 40 additional North American dates for their blockbuster Final Frontier Tour, extending one of the year’s biggest classic rock outings deep into the fall.
The newly expanded run kicks off Sept. 12 at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena before wrapping with a hometown celebration Nov. 28 at San Francisco’s Chase Center. It’s a fitting finale for a band whose music has become woven into the fabric of Bay Area rock history.
Since launching in February, the Final Frontier Tour has drawn packed arenas nationwide, with fans belting out timeless staples like “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Faithfully,” “Lights,” and “Any Way You Want It.” Led by founding guitarist Neal Schon, the current lineup also features Jonathan Cain, Arnel Pineda, Deen Castronovo, Jason Derlatka, and Todd Jensen.
“The energy has been incredible every night,” Schon said in a statement. “Seeing these crowds sing these songs with us after all these years has been powerful.”
Cain echoed the sentiment, noting how the music continues connecting across generations, while Pineda described each concert as “a celebration.”
